Background
The Oligarchs in this reality were believed to have been formed when an empowered and evil Timebender gathered them, along with Hazard, as the leaders of her revolution. They were blinked out of existance when Dr. Ecchs turned his reality-altering gun on Timebender, restoring her to not having been evil.
