Background
Derek Ladd developed his powers young. In the 1960s, he was the child sidekicked of the superhero Dudeman, known as Uberboy. Later, he found his own wings, taking over the Liberators in 1976. He joined the S.E.A. in 1988, and has remained with them ever since - he is now off active duty, but remains on the emergency roster.
Personality
Nightlord is a bit attention-deficit; he is an intelligent man, but prone to having an attention span that hops all over the place. He has a strange sense of humour, likes playing pranks on people, and is very proud of Lucky's achievements.
