Position: SEA Commander
Powers: Control over shadows, including rendering them solid and teleporting between them.
First Appearance: Tear The World Apart, Part 5: Lines in the Sand
Background: Terry was always a bit of a wallflower, but when he discovered that he could manipulate shadows, he quickly decided to go into the public sector as a stealth agent of the CIA. When the SEA began to expand its operations, he moved over to their anti-superhuman task force and never looked back.
